Whether you are processing past childhood trauma, young-adult transitions, workplace stress, or everyday stress, I will walk alongside you on this journey. I will utilize therapy techniques that will match the person in front of me.

What to expect from your first session…

We will go over the consent paperwork you signed prior to the session. This includes expectations, consents, and confidentiality. We will go over treatment goals and what you would like to achieve at the end of our time together. We will also schedule in the coming weeks and I will answer any questions you have.
