Welcome to a space where you can feel truly heard, supported, and understood on your journey towards healing.

While in therapy, you should expect to feel understood and supported. Whether you are processing past childhood trauma, young-adult transitions, workplace stress, or everyday stress, I will walk alongside you on this journey. I utilize therapeutic techniques that will match the person in front of me.

We will go over the consent paperwork you signed prior to the session. This includes expectations, consents, and confidentiality. We discuss treatment goals and what you would like to achieve at the end of our time together. We will also schedule in the coming weeks and I will answer any questions you have.
